Would you love to help nurture and guide a group of gifted missionaries engaged in exciting ministry?

Our team is working with group of believers, including ruling elders, to reestablish a church plant as pandemic restrictions ease. We have open doors of opportunity. We also have a vision to expand outreach and grow the Church in Indigenous areas across Panama. But we are looking for a creative leader to help coordinate the work.

We need an ordained teaching elder (or ruling elder) with a strong calling in cross-cultural, urban church planting and church multiplication to fill this role. If you are gifted in leading, inspiring, and challenging others to fulfill their calling, you might be the right fit.
