Come assist with a four-day summer camp on the Blood Reserve. Time on the Reserve will include afternoon activities for children, serving dinner each day to the campers, their families, and others, and will conclude with a festival-type celebration on the last day.
A team of five adults* with previous experience in Native American/First Nations relationships is needed. Each team member must come with a servant heart, enthusiasm to serve local volunteers who facilitate the summer camp, and personal maturity to interact with those in unique situations, including addiction.
The team will stay at Amazing Grace Community Church in Lethbridge and drive (45 minutes) to the Reserve each day. Project hosts will be Rohan Crown (MNA church planter) and Carrie Rice (MTW missionary).
*post-college preferred
