MTW is searching for a headmaster or assistant principal to lead a bilingual, growing Christian school of 55 children and 18 grade levels (12 English, 6 Japanese) in Chiba, Japan. Since Japanese are virtually unreached with the gospel, this school is the only Christian school in the Japanese language for the 6 million people of East Tokyo/Chiba. For Japanese Christian families, it serves a critical role in equipping and preparing the next generation of Christians in Japan. And for our missionary families, it provides strong support for their church planting efforts in the area, allowing our teams in Chiba, Tokyo Bay, and Tokyo City to continue serving because the school provides an education for their children.
