Rodger, Murray & Claire

Murray and Claire are filmmakers for MTW. Serving MTW teams overseas, they use media to tell stories of God’s work all over the world in order to encourage God’s people to pray, to give, and to go.

After receiving a Bachelor of Arts in photography at Louisiana State University, Claire started a photography business out of college, and began volunteering to provide media for non-profits abroad. Claire has been filming for MTW since 2015 and has worked with multiple MTW teams each year since. While working together at a collaborative workspace in Baton Rouge, she reconnected with Murray, an acquaintance from college and fellow filmmaker. Murray and Claire married in 2018, and now feel called to do this ministry together as a family. The Rodgers are raising support to make films for Mission to the World, producing multiple short films and photos each year to tell the stories of what God is doing in the church abroad. They also travel to churches to speak, show films, and share encouraging stories of God’s kingdom advancing.

While not serving overseas, the Rodgers live in Washington, D.C., where they enjoy rock climbing, camping, and awaiting the arrival of their first child!
