Marlowe, Alex and Olivia

Alex and Olivia Marlowe are missionaries serving with MTW's Global Training and Development. Their ministry encompasses training and equipping missionaries and their families in all areas of preparation and continuation for fruitful ministry on the field. Alex is a training and organizational specialist for the GTD team and oversees new training initiatives such as distance learning and evangelism training. 

Alex and Olivia also serve together as the intern, youth, and childcare coordinators for GTD’s Cross Cultural Ministry Internship (CCMI). Based in Brussels, Belgium, this training serves as a month-long preparation for new missionaries before they go to their respective fields. Alex grew up on the mission field, and both he and Olivia run the youth and childcare portion of CCMI to help kids from elementary to high school age prepare and adjust to their upcoming move to their new fields. In addition, Alex and Olivia also head up the internship component for young people who are interested in spending a month serving the missionaries and getting a taste for cross-cultural missions themselves.
