Marlowe, Jeff & Mischa

Jeff and Mischa have always sensed a call to make a difference for Christ’s kingdom in unreached regions of the world. After a number of years in student ministry and church planting in Quebec, Jeff and Mischa joined MTW in 1992 and opened the work in a West African country. They spent eight years directing a variety of ministries within the West African context including church planting, theological and leadership training, and economic development.

The Marlowes’ ministry has expanded. Jeff directs Global Training and Development (GTD), the global learning function of MTW that makes training accessible to all regions where MTW ministers. GTD conducts a variety of trainings in ministry skills, leadership development, cross-cultural skills, language acquisition, mentoring, and coaching to equip workers for the task of seeing people come to Christ and churches planted.
