Serving in Global | Acct # 10940

Support needs are met. Praise God!

Kay Burklin is the refugee liaison for Europe, supporting and developing ministries with missionaries and national partners who love and serve refugees. What an exciting time for the Church, as God is moving millions of people from where they have never heard the gospel to where they now hear, and respond.

Kay lived and worked in a UNHCR (United National High Commissioner for Refugees) camp in the Philippines after graduating from Wheaton College. She also holds a master’s in theological studies in ethics from Gordon-Conwell Seminary and a doctorate of ministry in global leadership from Alliance Theological Seminary in New York. She and her husband, Heiko, served as church planters in the formerly eastern section of Berlin, Germany, for 10 years. As former director of MTW’s mercy ministry, Kay’s work brought her around the world to serve the voiceless, the hurting, and those in great distress.

Kay and Heiko live in Greenville, South Carolina, where Heiko is the missions developer for the ARP. They have three grown sons and three daughters-in-law.
